Sense of the Alps was created by Belgian designer Eric Vandewinckel, founder of The Design Boutique, after settling down in the French Alps. An enthusiastic hiker and adventurer, his frequent stays in the magnificent Alps region inspired the creation of exquisite products. His close collaboration with local experts resulted in the development of unique and authentic products with a strong connection to the Alpine region; thus merging the designer's creativity with Alpine traditions and materials. This results in the creation of remarkable products generating a true Alpine experience, whether used in the Alps or far away from the mountains during daily activities and as a subtle hint to never stop conquering your mountain.
